Her career path since then has taken her many directions but her unwavering devotion to children has never changed. Linda has dedicated her life to educating, enriching and improving the lives of children everywhere. Before she began her work in philanthropy, Linda taught over 700 preschool children, wrote educational curriculum, directed summer camps, served as director of a preschool franchise, wrote, produced and appeared in children’s educational programs and wrote and directed children’s academic and theatrical workshops.
Linda’s education has been a deliberate program of exposure to every aspect of children’s growth in social, emotional, physical and intellectual areas, from courses in child psychology/development and early childhood education to the study of exceptional children and perceptual motor assessment training. She holds a Child Development Associate Degree from the Child Development Consortium in Washington, DC, and was awarded the top rating of “Excellent” in all thirteen areas of discipline for the degree.
Kids aren’t the only ones who benefit from Linda’s skill and enthusiasm. Major national corporations have called upon her expertise to create, write, produce and facilitate educational and motivational programs for their employees. Companies including American Express, Deloitte & Touche, Grolier Interstate, Nabisco Brands, Times Mirror, and many other Fortune 500 companies use sales, management and communication training programs that Linda has developed.
Linda’s first step in the non-profit world was her position as Executive Director of the Audrey Hepburn Children’s Fund in Los Angeles, California. Linda’s ability to inspire

and motivate people, particularly children, served as valuable assets when she founded her own non-profit organization, Kids With A Cause, in 1999.
Linda is all about heart. She is a woman with passion, desire, drive, determination and ambition to change the world for children. In what she laughingly calls her spare time, Linda enjoys horseback riding, outdoor activities, bicycling and spending time with children.
